Auto-renew Policy
Selecting our monthly service enrolls you in a monthly membership that automatically renews each month until you cancel. One month means 1 issue, not 30 days. Each issue expires the first Tuesday of the month following the date you first enroll. By law, foreclosure sales in Texas occur the first Tuesday of each month and consequently, all data in each current issue expires. You will be charged the monthly fee for your first issue. The charge for the first issue is non-refundable. Thereafter your membership will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged the non-refundable 1 issue charge for each succeeding month until you cancel.
Canceling your monthly membership auto-renewal is easy! Simply use the Ask Us Now button to request your cancellation, call our office to cancel or send an email request. You will be given a cancellation number and your card will not be charged again.
You can also cancel yourself by logging in with your Username & Password. The first page to appear is the File Access Page. Scroll down to the 4th peach colored heading titled "Field Title Definitions, User Agreement, Statement of Purpose, etc.". Click the 3rd choice "Membership Options". This will open a Pop Up window. (If you use a Pop Up Blocker you will need to hold down your control key on your keyboard to allow the window to appear.) This window will ask you if you wish to cancel your monthly membership and you will simply click Submit. Please write down the dated Monthly Membership Cancellation Confirmation Number for your records.
As an alternative to save you money, six month or annual subscriptions are
available. These subscriptions are not auto-renewable and provide price breaks
which make the listings much cheaper than month to month renewals.
