Foreclosure sales always occur the first Tuesday of each month.
However, because some constable notices are posted “early”, our on-line reports allow you to access many foreclosure postings
in advance of the final 20 day completion deadline. Most “pre-foreclosures” can
be bought for cents on the dollar, therefore, our Tax Foreclosure Posting Lists
are your most lucrative route to successful distressed property investing.
Our Harris County Tax Foreclosure Posting List ranges between
300 and 500 properties reported for tax foreclosure each month. (By the way, our count
totals all notices posted for the current month. We won’t try to fool you by aggregating our current month numbers with expired months).
