Wouldn't it be convenient if you could Title Search a property from our Harris County reports on-line in ONE click?
Well now you can!
Just highlight any property data line from the Harris County Posting List* then click the Title Search action button at the bottom of the report.
A combination grantor and grantee index of all instrument filings against the mortgagor will display. From the index you can purchase either a PDF or TIFF image of any document you wish to view or save to your PC. No more trudging downtown to the county clerk's office or hiring independent contractors.
Here is how it works.
The first time you click the Title Search button, the program will ask for permission to register your FLS record with HoustonTitleSearch.net. Once you are registered, you will have unlimited access to the Title Search feature that is part of your FLS Harris County Posting List.
The cost to view or save the PDF or TIFF images is $1.00 per page (plus tax) up to 4 pages and you get to choose the number of pages you wish to view. As a bonus, you are only charged a $4.25 flat rate (plus tax) for any document containing 5 or more pages.
*At this time, the Title Search feature is applicable to Harris County only.
